CliftonStrengths is a powerful assessment that helps individuals identify, understand and develop their unique God-given talents.
A talent is a recurring pattern of thought, feelings or behavior that can be productively applied. These talents are identified by exploring how you think, feel and behave.
Talent is all about potential. To become a strength, the talents the Lord gives you need to be developed and combined with knowledge, skills and experience.
Research reveals that people who have the opportunity to use their strengths every day are six times more likely to be engaged in their work and three times more likely to say they have an excellent quality of life.
The CliftonStrengths assessment can be taken online in approximately 40 minutes. Taking this assessment is the first step in discovering how the Lord has uniquely gifted you. It is highly recommended you watch the first video below, Preparing to Take the CliftonStrengths, before taking this assessment
You will need to purchase an access code to take this assessment. If you would like to unlock your full results you will want to purchase the CliftonStrengths 34 assessment for $49.99. If you prefer to unlock only your Top Five CliftonStrengths results it costs $19.99. This serves as an introduction to your talents. However, it is important to remember this is not a full picture. Everyone has been given at least 8 Signature Talents and there may be as many as fourteen! But you can start with unlocking only the Top Five results, then if you prefer to unlock the rest of your results at a later date you can purchase the CliftonStrengths 34 Upgrade for $39.99.
The second step is being coached through your results. It requires two hours of coaching to process through your Top Five results and six hours of coaching to process through your Full 34 results. During these sessions you will discover the uniqueness of each talent the Lord’s given you and learn how to be intentional in developing these gifts so they can become life-giving strengths!

Top Five: $320 (Top Five assessment plus two hours of coaching)
$300 if you’ve already purchased the Top Five Assessment
Full 34: $950 (Full 34 assessment results plus six hours of coaching)
$900 if you’ve already purchased the Full 34 Clifton Strengths Assessment
Continued Talent Development: $900 (For six, 1 hour coaching sessions)
